A Real "Clash of the Titans"; Wild West’s dreams’ dashed at the last second!

The Wild West’s hopes of winning came to a close as they conceded goals in the last few minutes of the match.

The Dream Team came to the match weakened by the loss of key players and it was visible from the beginning when the Wild West took the lead 3-0.

It seemed the WW’s first victory would be incredibly easy.

But not a chance!

DT rose from the ashes of the early conceded goals to equalize to 4-4.

At that moment of the game Matthew and Marcio became more active which resulted in 3 goals without an answer from the DT side. 7-4 and a three goal difference again.

The real clash came between David and Artur when they collided, head first, due to a double header attempt within the penalty area of the Wild West.They fell as if struck by lightning!

T here was only 20 minutes until the end of the match when the DT’s motivation increased, and they took advantage of Wild West’s distraction to change the score with 4 goals in a row! 8-7 for Dream Team.

This was the best part of the game for the Dream Team but the last 10 minutes put them under pressure again from the Wild West, who took back the lead; 9-8!

And when it seemed that it would be a victory for the WW, the time for final action came.

The last shot from Artur directly placed into the right corner scored the equalizing goal. 9-9! End of the match and time for penalties!

Penalties... A KW football first!

Penalties were needed to decide the outcome of the game. The DT proved to have the better shooters which won them the shoot out and the whole game, 5-4.

The third victory of DT became a reality!

To sum up both teams, and all players, played a great game!

Fun was had by all! Renan scored 2 goals, Adam and Artur had a few great one-touch actions and Tomasz plenty of assists.In WW Matthew scored very nice goals from counterattacks, Marcos was back in match for the first time in one year and showed a few great tricks, Marcio was a great team player ,while Rui and David kept the pace.

Congratulations for a great game to all players...no one gave up!
